In the heart of Umbria region, full of green, the country house is on three levels, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The story of S. Valentino 6

A very special location

We are a couple that, twenty years ago, fell in love with this small hill with a landscape that goes from the Tiber valley, to the Armerini hillside and from the Terminillo to the Cimino mountains. We built the house with love and passion, personalising it in each detail, and this year we decided to open our very special place to guests.

Ground level

The ground level is divided in two: a veranda full of light, due to its large glass panels, with Tv, chimney and a/c, ideal for relaxing; the second area has a dining area with an open space kitchen, a small living room with a fireplace, a guest toilet with wash basin and wc.On the west side of the house, a porch from where you can watch the sunset, perfect for breakfast and for romantic dinners.

Upper floor

Two rooms with view, queen-size beds and a/c, the cotto floor and the ceiling with beams give the rooms a warm and intimate atmosphere. It is possible to add a crib or a small bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Lower floor

A double room with queen-size bed, cool in the summer and warm during wintertime. A bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a small bed or crib.

Garden

Approximately 6,000 square meters, completely fenced, with fruit and ornamental trees, aromatic plants and evergreens and flowers all year long.

There is also a gazebo covered by a fragrant wisteria, with a table, chairs and lounge chair. Another relaxing area where it is possible to dine.

Pool

With view, below ground, 4×11 meters and 1.50 meters maximum depth. There is also a small sandy area for smal children. The pool has a salt sterilization system,
